Each candidate card shows their LinkedIn (always available), plus email and phone where data exists. Fields without data appear greyed out.

Recruiting skills

Mira Agent learns how you evaluate candidates, the implicit standards keyword search can't capture (like "built a team from zero to one" or specific industry backgrounds) : and factors them into every search. Your judgment accumulates into reusable Skills, so Mira gets more aligned with how you and your team hire over time.

Reasoning-based matching

MRE (Mira Reasoning Embedding) currently ranks first on the BRIGHT benchmark for reasoning retrieval, first in the Embedding category and first overall.

  • Download structured data: import into your ATS or spreadsheet, or share with the hiring manager.
  • Use the Mira Browser Extension to extend your reach to platforms Mira's built-in sources don't cover.
