Ways to sign in

MiraDay uses one combined Sign in or Sign up entry. Enter your email and Mira takes you to the right next step:

• Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, to use an existing account.
• Email and password. New to MiraDay? You'll set a password (at least 8 characters, with letters, numbers, and a symbol). Returning? Enter your password. The one-time email code you may see only verifies a new or unverified email address, it isn't the way you sign in.
• Enterprise single sign-on (SSO). If your organization uses SSO, entering your work email takes you straight to your company's sign-in, no separate password needed.

Resetting your password

Forgot your password? On the password step, click Forgot password. Mira emails you a reset link, and you set a new one. This is also how you change your password, there's no separate change-password screen.

Managing your account

Open the user menu from your profile at the bottom-left of the sidebar. From there you can:

• Switch your Language or Theme (Light, Dark, or System). See Languages for the full list.
• Open Settings, a popup with sections for Account, General, Usage & Billing, Team, Skills, Connectors, and the Browser Extension. Account is where you update your profile and email, upload an avatar, and delete your account.
• Sign out.

Your display name defaults to your email address and shows on your avatar; you can change it anytime in Settings → Account (Nickname).

Deleting your account

Open Settings, go to Account, and click Delete account. You confirm by typing your email address and then Permanently delete; this removes your account and all task data and can't be undone. If you own a Team or Enterprise organization, you can't delete your account until the organization is handled, email [email protected] for help.
