Troubleshooting

Common issues and how to resolve them.


I can't sign in

  • Make sure you're using the email address you registered with.
  • Check your email for the verification code, it may take a few minutes to arrive.
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • If you haven't been approved yet, you'll need to wait for your invitation.

The Agent isn't returning results

  • Check that your description is specific enough. Very vague queries (e.g., "find me someone") may not produce useful results.
  • Try including more context: role type, skills, experience level, location.
  • If the search takes more than 5 minutes, try refreshing the page and checking your Task in the sidebar.

Candidate contact information is missing

  • Not all candidates have publicly available email addresses or phone numbers.
  • Click "Get Phone" to attempt phone number retrieval (may consume additional Credits).
  • Use the LinkedIn link to reach candidates through InMail.

The interface is in the wrong language

  • Click the language selector in the navigation bar to change your language.
  • Or go to Settings > Language from your profile menu.

Something else isn't working

If you're experiencing an issue not covered here:

  1. Try refreshing the page.
  2. Try signing out and back in.
