Troubleshooting

Common issues and how to resolve them.

I can't sign in

  • Make sure you're using the email address you registered with, and sign in with your password.
  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password to reset it by email.
  • If you were invited, activate your account from the invitation email first.
  • A verification code, if you receive one, only confirms a new or unverified email address, it isn't the way you sign in.
  • If you haven't been approved yet, you'll need to wait for your invitation.

The Agent isn't returning results

  • Check that your description is specific enough. Very vague queries (e.g., "find me someone") may not produce useful results.
  • Try including more context: role type, skills, experience level, location.
  • If the search takes more than 5 minutes, try refreshing the page and checking your Task in the sidebar.

Candidate contact information is missing

  • Not all candidates have publicly available email addresses or phone numbers.
  • Click "Get Phone" to attempt phone number retrieval (may consume additional Credits).
  • Use the LinkedIn link to reach candidates through InMail.

The interface is in the wrong language

  • Open the language option from your profile menu (click your name/avatar in the bottom-left). It sits alongside Settings, not inside it.
  • On the main site, you can also use the language selector in the top navigation bar.

Something else isn't working

If you're experiencing an issue not covered here:

  1. Try refreshing the page.
  2. Try signing out and back in.

If the issue persists, reach out to the Mira team for help with a description of what happened.
