What is MiraDay?
MiraDay is a Talent Intelligence platform for professional and leadership hiring. Describe a role in plain language and Mira returns a pool of qualified candidates, each with a profile, Qualifications, and contact details. See What is MiraDay for the full picture.
How do I run my first search?
On the New channel screen, describe the role, paste or upload a job description, or pick a suggested scenario, then send. Mira may ask a few clarifying questions first, then returns a ranked candidate pool in a few minutes, and you keep refining in the same conversation. See Run Your First Search.
Can Mira work as a team on a big search?
Yes. For hard, multi-step jobs, Mira assembles an Agent Team where each member takes a different part, sourcing, screening, and matching, and they work together in one channel while you stay in control. Simple, well-scoped searches run with Mira alone.
Where do the candidates come from?
Mira aggregates data from multiple public talent data sources, plus its own index of public professional profiles. You can also upload your own resumes, and use the Browser Extension to reach sites you're logged into, such as your ATS. See What is MiraDay for details.
How do I keep the candidates I find?
Save anyone beyond a single search to Contacts, your workspace-level list. Click Add contact on a candidate, or Import your own people from PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, or HTML files. Mira keeps each contact's profile enriched and up to date.
How do I share candidates with my team or hiring manager?
Reveal the email and phone you need with Get Email and Get Phone, then download the pool as an Excel or CSV file to hand off to your ATS, a spreadsheet, or a hiring manager. Revealing contacts uses credits. See Export & Share.
What is the Mira Browser Extension, and how do I install it?
The Mira Browser Extension lets Mira operate your own Chrome browser in a dedicated tab, using your own logins. Install it from the Chrome Web Store and authorize it once. Use it to read the latest profiles from sites like LinkedIn so candidate data stays current, reach candidates behind a sign-in, research companies on the live web, and reach other tools you're signed into such as your ATS.
Can I save workflows I use repeatedly?
Yes. Save a recurring workflow, an intake format, an evaluation rubric, or a report structure, as a Skill, then invoke it with / in the channel input instead of describing the same steps each time. Official Skills come from the Mira team; personal Skills are yours to create and share.
Can I connect my email?
Yes. Connect your Gmail or Outlook from Connectors, and Mira can draft, send, and summarize email as part of a channel, without switching back to your inbox.
Where are my uploaded files and reports?
Files gathers everything from your channels in one place, the resumes and JDs you upload and the data files and reports Mira generates, so nothing is scattered across channel threads. Open Files from the sidebar.
How do I get access, and what does it cost?
MiraDay is open to sign up, no invitation needed. Go to mira.day, continue with Google, Microsoft, or your work email, and verify your email. Plans are Free ($0), Individual ($199/month), Team ($399/seat/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing); see Credits for what each plan includes.
Is my data safe?
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Private data only accessible within your workspace. Details: Privacy Policy.
