Files
Every file your Tasks produce or use, uploaded résumés and JDs plus the data files and reports Mira generates, gathered in one place across all your Tasks.
Files brings everything from your Tasks into one place: what you upload and what Mira produces, together instead of scattered across separate Task threads. The résumés and JDs you upload, and the candidate data files and reports Mira generates, all live here.
Open Files
Open Files from the sidebar. The page lists files from across all your Tasks, newest first.
Where files come from
Use the tabs at the top to filter by source:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All | Every file, from every Task |
| Mira Generated | Files Mira produced: candidate data files, reports, and other outputs |
| My Uploads | Files you uploaded into a Task, such as a JD, a résumé, or an audio recording |
Files shared with you carry a Shared label on the file row.
Find a file
When the list grows, narrow it down:
- Search by file name.
- Filter by type, source, Task, or date created.
- Group by Task or by file type, or leave it ungrouped.
- Sort by most recent, oldest, or file size.
Files cover the formats your Tasks work with: candidate data files (PeopleData), documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, images, code, and plain text.
What you can do with a file
- Preview a supported file inline without leaving the page.
- Reveal in task: jump to the Task the file belongs to, in context.
- Download a single file, or select several and Batch download them together.
What's next
- Export & Share: the candidate data file Mira generates from a search.
- Voice & Audio Input: upload a recording and Mira works out the requirements from it.
- Connectors: connect Gmail or Outlook to work with email in a Task.
Skills
Save your recurring workflows as reusable Skills and invoke them with / in the Task input. Built-in recruiting Skills come from the Mira team; your own are yours to create, edit, and share.
Contacts
Your saved people in one place. Add candidates and connections from a search or import your own network, then enrich each profile and reveal contact details, all from a workspace-level contact list.
