Contacts

Your saved people in one place. Add candidates and connections from a search or import your own network, then enrich each profile and reveal contact details, all from a workspace-level contact list.

Contacts is your saved people: candidates and connections you want to keep beyond a single Task. Add someone from a search, or import the contacts you already have, and Mira keeps each profile enriched and up to date.

Open Contacts

Open Contacts from the sidebar. The page lists everyone you've saved, with a search box and a table you can scan.

Add people to Contacts

There are three ways someone lands in your list:

  • From a search. On a candidate in your results, click Add contact. To save several at once, turn on Multi-select, pick the ones you want, and add them together.
  • Import your own files. Click Import and drop in PDF, DOCX, CSV, or XLSX files. Mira parses them (usually 5–30 seconds), shows you a preview of what's valid, duplicated, or failed, then imports in the background so you can keep working; the contacts that come through are ready to use right away.
  • From sourcing and the browser extension. People you pull in through a search or the Mira Browser Extension can be saved to Contacts, and their source is labelled on the row.

The contact list

The list shows each person as a row with name, job title, company, location, contact, profile links, and where they came from. Search by name to find someone, and the Source label (Import, PeopleData, or Browser Extension) tells you how each contact got there.

Inside a contact

Click a contact to open their full profile:

  • Contact details. Email and phone. Click Get Email or Get Phone to reveal them on demand (each reveal uses credits), copy them, or add and edit them manually.
  • Profile. Experience, education, skills, languages, and, where the data exists, GitHub activity, publications, and social links.
  • Enrich. Click Enrich and Mira completes the profile with fresh, verified details. Records also refresh on their own as people's careers move, and when you run a new search, Mira matches the results against your existing contacts, so the people you know stay current without extra work.

Notes

Jot down anything you want to remember about a person, so your context on each contact stays in one place.

You can also remove a contact from your list at any time.
