Connectors
Connect your Gmail or Outlook so Mira can draft, send, and summarize email as part of a Task, right where the work happens.
Connectors link your own accounts to Mira, so the Agent can use them while it works inside a Task. The one most recruiters reach for first is email: connect your Gmail or Outlook, and Mira can draft, send, and summarize email as part of a Task, without you switching back and forth to your inbox.
Connect your email
- Open Connectors from Settings, or from the connectors menu in the Task input.
- Find Gmail or Outlook and click Connect.
- Authorize Mira when prompted. You're sent to sign in and grant access, then brought back.
- Once connected, your mailbox is ready to use in any Task.
You can manage everything from the same page: the list is split into Connected and Not Connected, each connector's tools can be turned on or off individually, and some are marked Approval so they only run after you confirm. Disconnect at any time and its access is revoked right away; you can reconnect later.
What Mira can do with your email
Once your mailbox is connected, ask Mira to work with email right inside a Task:
- Draft. Mira writes the email in the Email Canvas, with To, Cc, Bcc, Subject, and Body all editable inline. Review it and make any changes before it goes anywhere.
- Send. When the draft is ready, click Send. Mira asks you to confirm once more before anything leaves your mailbox, so nothing is sent until you approve it.
- Read and summarize. Point Mira at your inbox to pull in a long thread and get the gist, or catch up on what's come in, without leaving the Task.
Privacy and security
- Connectors use your own authorization. Mira uses a connected account only to do what you ask inside a Task.
- Nothing is sent without your confirmation, and you can disconnect a connector at any time from the Connectors page; its access is revoked right away.
- All data handling follows Mira's Privacy Policy.
What's next
- Agent Team: the team members that do the work inside a Task.
- Skills: save a repeatable workflow and reuse it in any Task.
- Files: everything your Tasks produce or use, in one place.
Contacts
Your saved people in one place. Add candidates and connections from a search or import your own network, then enrich each profile and reveal contact details, all from a workspace-level contact list.
Mira Browser Extension
Let Mira operate your own Chrome browser in a dedicated task tab, reaching sites and sign-ins that aren't in Mira's built-in sources.
