Export & Share
Get the value out of your candidate pool. Reveal email and phone, export an Excel or CSV file, and share candidates with your ATS, a spreadsheet, or a hiring manager.
You've reviewed your pool. Now get the value out: reveal the contacts you need, export the candidates, and share them with your team.
Reveal contact details
Each candidate always links to LinkedIn, plus GitHub or X (Twitter) where that data exists. Email and phone are hidden by default. Click Get Email or Get Phone on a candidate to reveal them on demand; once revealed, they stay visible for that candidate.
Revealing contacts uses credits, and phone costs more than email. You can see how many a task used in its task detail.
Export a data file
Every pool comes with a downloadable data file, an Excel or CSV spreadsheet. Click Download file on the data file card to export your matched candidates with their full details. To export only specific candidates, or for the full list of fields the file carries, see Refining Your Search.
Share with your team
Once you have the file, share it however your team works:
- Import to your ATS: many ATS platforms accept Excel or CSV imports.
- Send to a hiring manager or client: share the file directly, or send the Task link; the recipient doesn't need a Mira account to open it and see the conversation, the candidate cards, and the task summary.
- Track in a spreadsheet: drop the file into your own sheet.
- Save to Contacts: click Add contact on the candidates you want to keep, and they move into Contacts for enrichment.
What's next
- Refining Your Search: refine the pool by conversation, reveal contacts, and export a custom subset.
- Contacts: keep the people you save in one place.
