Review Your Candidates

Read the candidate pool Mira delivers: where results appear, how to read the fit label and Qualifications, and what to do next.

After a search, Mira delivers a candidate pool: a ranked set of candidates who match your requirements. Here's how to read it and decide what to do next.

Where your candidates appear

Your search results show up in two places:

  • In the conversation: the Agent summarizes what it found and gives you a downloadable data file.
  • In the right panel: your candidates, ordered by how well they fit. A toggle at the top of the panel switches between two layouts:
    • List view (the default): candidate cards you can scroll through.
    • Table view: a compact table with columns for Candidate, Qualifications, Link, Location, Job Title, Company, School, Degree, and Major, handy for scanning many candidates at once.

Read your first pool

Every card opens with a color-coded fit label, Good Match, Partial Match, or Low Match, and candidates are ordered by fit, strongest at the top. Below the label, the Qualifications section checks the candidate against your must-haves one by one, with the evidence behind each judgment. It's written for your specific search, not a generic bio.

The label and Qualifications are a fast read, not the whole story. The same title means different things at different companies, so check company context and career trajectory before you decide. Inside a Candidate Profile covers every card field and how to evaluate a candidate in depth.

The data file

Every pool comes with a downloadable data file. Use it to import candidates into your ATS, share them with a hiring manager, or track them in a spreadsheet. Export & Share covers what the file includes and how to export a custom subset.
