What is Mira
Mira is an AI recruiting agent that brings in a team on your hardest searches to source candidates and reason across the signals, then delivers a pool of the right candidates with profiles, contact info, and a Qualifications assessment backed by evidence.
Mira is an AI recruitment agent. Keyword search matched the words on the page; semantic search retrieved results by meaning. Neither could surface the candidate who never wrote it down: the one who fits, but not on paper.
Mira works the job the way a good desk would: not one bot, but a team lead that brings in team members on your toughest searches, each owning part of the hunt and reasoning across the signals to surface candidates backed by evidence. Simple searches Mira handles alone; hard ones it staffs with a team. It doesn't start from a blank page, top-agency recruiting playbooks come built in. Mira takes on the volume of searching; whether a candidate moves forward stays your call.
You describe what you need; Mira searches, matches, and delivers a candidate pool, pausing at the decisions that are yours and picking up your working style over time. Recruiting is where it goes deepest today; the same architecture extends to other professional workflows as we ship.
Want the full story? Why Mira shows how this finds people that keyword and semantic search miss.
How Mira works with you
Most AI products give you a better interface to do the same work. Mira is different: you describe what you need, and it executes: searching, evaluating, and delivering results without you managing each step. At key decision points it pauses and asks. You stay in control of the judgment calls. How Mira Works walks through the full loop.
What you can do today

Right now, Mira's primary use case is talent sourcing:
- Describe a role in your own words, or upload a job description: including implicit criteria like "startup DNA" or "has built something from scratch."
- Get a candidate pool with profiles, a Qualifications assessment, the two most recent roles, and contact details. 40 candidates by default; ask for any number.
- Refine through conversation: "more startup backgrounds" or "include Amsterdam too."
- Reveal contact details: email and phone on demand (uses credits).
- Download structured data: import into your ATS or spreadsheet, or share with your hiring manager or client.
- Go further with Agent Team, Skills, and the Mira Browser Extension.
Where do the candidates come from?
| Source | What it covers |

| Public talent data | Aggregated from multiple public talent data sources like LinkedIn / X / GitHub / Hugging Face. Covers industries, regions, and seniority levels globally |
| Mira's own index | Continuously updated index of public professional profiles and job market data |
