- Get a candidate pool with profiles, a Qualifications assessment, and recent work experience. 40 candidates by default, up to 100 if you ask.
- Refine through conversation: "more startup backgrounds" or "include Amsterdam too."
- Reveal contact details: email and phone on demand (uses credits).
